Our Mission Statement...

The Ludlow Foundation exists to respond to the "basic needs" of individuals and organizations by providing grants through other non-profit organizations that share our similar concerns and philosophies.

By financially supporting these basic needs, the Ludlow Foundation hopes to lessen the unexpected hardships that occur in life.

How to apply:

You can fill out our Online Application Form.

Please Note:

* Grant Applications will only be accepted during each of the two separate "Application Periods". Application periods are defined as the month of June and the month of October.

* All blanks are required.

* Dates need to be numbers only, i.e. 10-7-10 (no alpha).

* Phone numbers need to be in (XXX) XXX-XXXX format.
